So first of all SPOILER WARNING!

From playing through the PS with either the Vigil or OoW we get to know that the Dragons learn stuff from their minions, and that is the way how Zhaitan learned about the Vigil Keep and Chantry of Whispers.

My question is though, how did he learn about the Priory HQ? Sieran dies like the other two but aren’t Sylvari immune to Zhaitan’s corruption? It shouldn’t be able to have zombified Sieran and have her spew her info right?

The Durmand Priory is made up of hundreds of members, most of them not sylvari, and in addition their base isn’t secret. Non-members can come and go as they please. It’s also been around for hundreds of years. It’d be almost impossible for Zhaitan to NOT know about it.

Indeed. And take note: Forgal and Tybalt aren’t corrupted (as far as we know, at least). So it’s unlikely that Zhaitan learned of those bases from them specifically – especially when we know that he’s corrupted agents from all three orders other than the mentors.
