How exactly did Caithe get inside the Mystery Cave?
Was she already inside before we entered (connecting the “Someone was here recently” that someone from Destiny’s Edge v2.0 says when we are about to break the seal)?
Or did she simply just walk in right after us?

If she was already inside then how did she enter? If not, where was she this whole time with that egg?

More importantly, how did she, Wynne, and Faolain get in there the first time?

How did the Shadow of the Dragon get inside as well? Is there some back entrance or something?

It was clearly let in by the traitorous Sylvari.

Traitorous? What do you mean by that?
And how did these ‘traitorous’ sylvari of yours get inside in the first place since we needed to do something extreme to just open that gate.

Wynne had an actual seal that was supposed to open the doors, as was stated in the episode. Caithe presumably inherited it.

Where did Wynne get the seal? Perhaps the enlightened centaurs who lived right there?

I mean that the Sylvari race does appear to be rather traitorous, based on the cutscene (all of them basically turning on the Pact and killing everyone).

But they are not traitors, they didn’t betray anyone. Their free will was taken from them and they are now forced to do that, basically slaves.

If the cave is controlled by Mordremoth why did his minions run away when we opened the gate? The NPC’s say something like “they are scared of the divine fire”. But we had it all along, why did they run right after the gate opened?

What makes you so sure that was the case? For all we know the weak-minded (as in none-playable) sylvari have been knowingly working for Mordremoth since the start, as double-agents.

Because they wanted to give us a false sense of security so that the attack by the Shadow was more of a surprise and might caught us off guard?

And what makes you so sure THAT was the case?
They shouldn’t be called traitors until it’s confirmed.

But they are traitors.
Possibly not willing traitors, but they are traitors nonetheless.

If I talk about the situation of the military in country X with my friend, and said friend turns out to be a spy for country Y, I will be branded a traitor, despite not doing it knowingly or on purpose.

Isn’t it the opposite? It’s the sylvari that have turned against their creator, Mordremoth, that are traitors. The rest are the loyal ones.

Doesn’t matter to me, just don’t stand in my way and we’ll be fine. Mordremoth will fall, sylvari at its side or no. As will Jormag, and Primordius, and the others.

Well, see, one of my Guild Wars guys had some, and he handed them down to his children, and they to their children, and so on and so forth until such time as one of his descendents, Elmos Neerduwell (name changed to protect the guilty) sold a couple to a nice plant lady for 12 copper and a bronzed pinecone.
