Question about using certain terms...
You’re more than free to use whatever terminology you like in your fan-fiction.

Fan-fiction?
This isn’t a Fan-Fiction… It’s an Original Fantasy Story I’m writing that’s Not related to Guild Wars lore or characters. I just want to know if using those terminology wouldn’t get me in trouble. I couldn’t imagen it would but still would like to insure it’s safe.
The terms themselves are generic and would be safe, but if you used them all together along with extremely similar descriptions of both professions and their spells you might be edging towards the line.
You’ll should be fine if you tweak a couple of name and add a few of your own differentiations to set the two apart.
Anet has no monopoly on terms such as death magic, curses, or blood magic. Blood magic is also heavily used in Dragon Age for example. There’s no trademark on a simple concept. As long as you don’t use GW lore (for example, Grenth), you’re fine.
Necromancers are found in tons of works of fiction. Make your necromancers different enough from the ones found in the game, and there should be no trouble.

If you can find them in multiple fantasy settings, or mythologies, or if the terms are generic, then they cannot be copyrighted (and enforced).
Even with names, it’s very hard to enforce a copyright, and most authors won’t really try to except for an attempt to get money rather than actually caring about a copyright. Unless you’re using the same background lore and a large number of unique names, that is.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
