As Togo was a ritualist in guild wars 1 used as skill Dragon Empire Rage, it had similarities to ancestor’s rage and I figure that it had to be considered a channeling skill. Considering only the descnedants of Kaineng Tah are able to perform this skill do you think this has something to do with Kaineng’s rage, something involving his mysterious death during a hunting trip. Or just the ritualist’s ability to channel power from spirits.

Also it said that he had over 200 children during GW1 Kisu was the 31st emperor, and assuming a generation is 25 years that adds another 10 generations so we are now on to the 41st emperor. Assuming on average that each of the original 200 children had 2 kids in each generation for 41 generations. (200(2^41-2^40))=219,902,325,555,200 descendants in the latest generation alive currently CRAP can someone please help me fix this too, I think I got way off somewhere. I think if this was the case though everyone in the dragon empire would have this ability? or near everyone?

In the nation which invented assassins, I’m sure there is quite a high mortality rate involved for those in line for the throne.

true there are many problems with the math,
1) assuming 2 children per child per generation, would mean that one they all married or had children out of wedlock, none died early on in life, none had children with very distant relatives…IDK its 41 generations
2) assuming a generation of 25 years may be a bit small.
3) not taking into effect war, disease, famine (ex. tengu wars, afflicted, cant think of a known one)

Consider that the majority of those people would not have survived to reproduce, or would have had only one child, or had a child that didn’t reproduce, etc. It’s also possible that there was a lot of inbreeding, as that was common in real life.

The ability might only be present in direct descendants, or those who are most closely related. Even in real life, I don’t think anything beyond first cousins is considered very closely genetically related.

The math seems fine though.

200(2^41) = total descendants
200(2^40) = descendants not in the current generation

subtract and you get the amount of descendants in the current generation.
