Rate the size of the Elder Dragons in order
We can only really make approximations on the ones we have seen – Zhaitan, Primordius, and Kralk. Primordius seems kind of on the smaller side (which might make sense if he has to travel around underground). I think Kralk is supposed to be quite big, indeed what we could see of him in GW1 was pretty huge, and my guess is that Zhaitain is just a bit smaller than Kralk?
The only in game model we have is Zhaitan, so until the other dragons have models in game we can’t really know for sure. (Though I think we did see Mordremoths model in the Pale Tree’s Vision, so maybe someone can mine that?)
From studies before, Zhaitan and Kralkatorrik both are approximately the same size by comparing sizes of asura/humans to the sizes of the champions and them to Zhaitan, using EoD comparisons.
EoD says that Kralkatorrik is 1,000 feet tall, and their wings are large enough to block out the sun, and his breath would result in the width of the Dragonbrand.
We have no clue for Jormag, Mordremoth, and the DSD.

Well, for Jormag, we have its tooth - that gives some clue for the scale. It’s big. Really big.
Only fools and heroes charge in without a plan.
I would imagine “Bubbles” to be the biggest. The ocean tends to let things, grow as big as they want, as long as they can still eat and stuff. And since the dragons eat magic, it really doesn’t have anything stopping it from basically being the ocean floor.
Zhaitan is as big, as how much flesh he heaped on himself I would think.
Primordus can’t reasonable get too big as long as he is underground and moving about.
Kralk is about the size of a mountain if I remember, and chances are he won’t grow much.
Jormag would be as big as he wants, but that is limited to what the shiverpeaks let him grow to, “safely”
Mord, I just assumed he is the second biggest as he has been growing under the whole continent. As some of his tendrils have reached past the Shiverpeaks into Ascoleon. While this means his reach is long, you can assume he can just as easily grow to be bigger. But as with Jormag, he won’t grow biggger than the Jungle allows.

Jormag would have to be absolutely enormous, perhaps one of the biggest. Look a the size of his tooth. Compare that to say, the tail of Zhaitan. His tooth is around 2 or 3 times as long as Zhaitan’s tail is thick. I’d say Jormag could possibly be the largest.

That size for the tooth is actually, to me, the size appropriate for Zhaitan and Kralkatorrik.
People don’t realize it due to distance and the ship’s own size, but Zhaitan is huge.
Zhaitan had multiple tails cut off, one was huge but one was small too – and I think it’s the small one that is in the Priory basement.

I suppose after looking at the Tequatl/Zhaitan comparison you’re right.
The distance probably does have a lot to do with it, though I do get the vibe that Jormag is bigger. I think that tooth would still have to be one of his larger ones though.
