Rox and Braham...
They do acknowledge and remember you in the instance. I think the devs just overlooked making two separate dialogues for the Pavilion.
One dev confirmed it was a bug. Though I’m not so sure about that, maybe he said it to calm the people down, because there’s no fix still.
They – and even Faren if you were part of Secret of Southsun – remembers you during the Opening Ceremony, at least.
I wouldn’t doubt it to be an oversight or a bug. Though the reason for “no fix” may easily be that it’s such a minor thing that it doesn’t have priority.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
A dev makes mention of this in the Queen’s Jubilee forum. They said something about fixing it, and that Braham and Rox are gonna be in the next update as well
What i noticed is that i get recognized as the “Hero of Shaemoor” as a human (although that was, from my point of view, ages ago and rather unimportant) while no one recognizes me as Commander of the Pact. Not that i care, it’s just that once more some little details were overlooked. There should be a different dialogue for those who played F&F when talking to Rox and Braham.

Smolder and the guards in the Imperium Core recongnised you as the Commander of the Pact if you had that rank back in Flame and Frost.

I forgot to mention i was talking about Queen’s Jubilee, i was hailed as the “Hero of Shaemoor” there, and Queen Jennah thanked me for helping her with Kellach. I actually had to try to remember who Kellach even was, while Rox And Braham did not recognize me.
the question should then be how much does the races genneral publick know of the pact and to say the least its commanders and admirel? it might be something that only the orders know about and a few very high standing people in the races know and dont share for fear of getting it out so the enemy can go after the commanders of the armys.
tho thats only a possiblety where any human will know of the hero of shaemoor;)
Ayano Yagami lvl 80 ele
Jennah and those guys wouldn’t know about your promotions in the Orders, seeing as you leave Kryta when you join them. And it’s not like you’re pen pals with them either, so the only real connection you still have with them is level 1-30 PS.

I’m pretty sure the queen of Kryta would know about the pact and the higher level officers within it. Anet just doesn’t want to place the LS on a timeline if players may not have completed their PS yet. So it cant be mentioned you’re part of the pact, and Rytlock still has to hate Logan, even though they’ve already made up.
I read a thread that said they do recognize you. I didn’t do flame and frost, and I never met them. So when they didn’t know who I was, I didn’t think anything of it.

Actually, I think they were pretty cunning about that – Rytlock’s comment in the story of Rox’s assignation doesn’t suggest that Rytlock still hates Logan, just that he’s frustrated by how Logan behaves around Jennah. His objection to going wasn’t that Logan was there, it’s the Logan + Jennah combination.
It’s probably more accurate to compare it to when your friend is part of a couple that’s prone to sickening PDAs, or when a couple is circling around one another without having taken the plunge despite everyone but them knowing that it’s going to happen, or perhaps best of all, when your friend is just that obsessed with someone. As much as you might like one or both members of the couple, it can still be nauseating to be around when it’s happening.
The cunning part being that someone who didn’t know they’d made up could easily read it as ‘Rytlock still hates Logan’.
People don’t hate Scarlet like Game of Thrones fans hate Joffrey.
They hate her the way Star Wars fans hate Jar Jar Binks.
