So as some of you may have noticed, some of Scarlet’s probes are now self destructing. For example, the one in Cursed Shore om the island of the Temple of Grenth. Why are they self destructing?

Are they self destructing because the probe in LA found what it was looking for? If that is the case, why aren’t all of them self destructing?

Are they self destructing because some of them didn’t find anything? If this is the case, does that mean the remaining probes did find leylines?

Are they self destructing because Scarlet is remote detonating the ones she no longer needs? If this is true, why is she keeping the others?

I’ve been wondering about this too. It isn’t linked solely to the LA probe- the Trionic Lattice probe had self-destructed as soon as Origins of Madness went live.
