What we saw in the end cinematic looks to be traveling in the direction of the Maguuma Jungle, so possibly Mordremoth.
Mordremoth was the sixth Elder Dragon, the only one not awake yet. And only one that could have been in the Maguuma Jungle.

You pass through Kryta (Kessex Hills/the area between Kessex and LA); you see Thaumanova (with its pillar of light even – now revealed as a breach in the ley line given it is the same color and glows as t he cracks pass through), and passes through an arid wasteland (Dry Top? Ettin’s Back?), into lush areas again.
Following the line, he’s in or past The Falls of GW1. In Magus Falls by GW2 terminology.

- Primordus awake in 1120 pushing the Asura to the surface while the Dwarves sacrificed themselves in the great ritual.
- Zhaitan was pretty obvious since he rise an entire continent and we killed him.
- Jormag awakening almost push the Norn to extinction and one of their Hero stole a Tooth of Jormag.
- Kralkatorrik awekening is as obvious as Zhaitan. He came out of a mountain in the Charr Homeland and left a branded scar across Ascalon in his way to Crystal Desert.
- Deep Sea Dragon is a little bit trickier. Matthew Dedina officially said on this very forum : ‘’the karka are recent arrivals to the surface from their original home deep in the ocean’’ and ‘’they avoided Orr for the same reasons they fled their home’‘. Basically saying, the Karka come from the Deep that they flee for the same reason they don’t go at Orr, because there is an Elder dragon there. Story from the Quaggan and the Largos also point to the awakening of a underwater dragon 50 years ago.
So yes Mordremoth was the only Dragon still asleep.

There are plenty of clues in game to there being six elder dragons.
There’s also a couple clues that Kuunavang could be a dragon champion – she was compared to Glint even after we knew about Glint’s origins – but Kuunavang doesn’t match the elemental portfolio of the six Elder Dragons.
The number of six dragons just come from Jotun and possibly Dwarven records. If it escaped their eyes, then there can be more than six.

The inquest also seem to think there are six.
Due to purity campaigns, there are currently no asura in Cantha. If there was a dragon there, the asura wouldn’t know it.
What element would the Elder Dragons of Cantha be?…
A Celestial Elder Dragon is possible as is a Jade Elder Dragon(the Canthan Empire associates with both Jade, Celestials and Dragons).
If we run into Jade and Celestial Elder Dragons would you intrigued like me?
@Stooperdale: And they only recently found out there’s a sixth (the DSD). Wouldn’t doubt it was only recently discovered for the fifth too. And it isn’t like the inquest are omnipotent anyways.
@Mickey: Kuunavang has ties to celestial skills as well as air elementalist-like skills. One of the theories is an Elder Sky Dragon.
Jade isn’t possible. The Jade Sea is now only liquid because of Shiro stealing magic gifted by Dwayna and twisting it via dark rituals, before it was plain old water (with a more green tint than most water hence the name). The only tie to Jade there is in Cantha is thanks to Shiro and by extension Abaddon.

Anyone else think Dwayna’s realm is filled with jade?
I don’t see why the goddess of life, light, and air would have a realm full of a green gemstone.

There might possibly be a few more Elder Dragons scattered throughout the world (in Cantha, at the very least. Elona might be a bit too close to Kralkatorrik). It seems a bit of a stretch to think that the ley lines don’t reach to Cantha and Elona, and where there’s food, life that makes use of it inevitably follows.
