So the origins of the sylvari was that they all sprung up 25 years ago. What about their dogs? The dogs look like plants, too. So did they come from the same origin as the Sylvari, or are they something different?

They come from the Pale Tree as well. Though unlike sylvari they are born small and grow up, and iirc, do not inherent knowledge from the Dream of Dreams.

So I guess if the Pale Tree is “spawning” Sylvari Hound, so is Malyk’s own tree?

I thought they where party of the Sylvari’s biomancy that we see in TA story mode. Where nature golem is crafted.

Nope, grown from the tree. As to other trees spawning them… Possible but unknown.
