Does anyone know what it looks like? So far, all I’ve seen is the image attached—and…those don’t look very golden, like they’ve been described. If anyone has any information on this it would be much appreciated!! Images are suuuuper nice, if any can be produced.

The sylvari are the fruit of the pale tree.

That’s not what he was asking Aneirin. He was asking that the fruit of the pale tree (the ones Sylvari are born from) are supposed to be gold but when you start as a Sylvari the fruit above you are greenish blue.

Is a potato Sylvari theoretically possible?

As VitalSuit mentioned, those fruit probably just aren’t “ripe” yet. Fruits and vegetables change colors as they ripen. Bananas are green before they turn yellow.

They grow leaves on their bodies to conceal their ‘fruit’ akin to a bra or a ball bag for humans.

Inazuma clarified what I was hinting at. Sylvari come in many different colors.

Potatoes (the part of the potato plant that you eat) is the root, not the fruit.

Some potato plants have actual fruit (seed pods), but they are poisonous (potatoe plants are actually related to deadly nightshade).
