Temple of Ages...
Crystal Desert
I guess not, someplace by the Shadow Behemoth there is a POI for the Temple of Ages. Incorrectly named I guess?
It looks like kitten lol
If you played GW1, it was a ruin then. Basically the five statues, with some stone railings and walkways.
Before GW1 it was an actual temple, and probably quite nice.
The temple has sunken for the most part – though the direction placement is false from GW1’s positions (Grenth’s statue should be where Melandru’s is, for example).
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
It’s not wrong! Grenth is exactly where he should be if you consider the ground shifted when it sank… and the statue got up and walked a bit. You know. To stretch its legs.

Whilst listening to Jackie Wilson’s “Lifting Me Higher” no doubt!
I quite liked the place in GW1. I was disappointed when it was gone in GW2. In the same way I was that a lot of the places I loved in GW1 didn’t make it into GW2. I just hope one day I can rebuild the Eye of The North. It saddens me when I think of the mess its in.

I don’t know. With as little as was there to begin with, the Temple of the Ages is actually one of the most intact landmarks from GW1. It is a shame that there aren’t any priests tending it anymore, but the new mystery of the leaking Underworld isn’t a bad trade off.

Yeah, I mean, even in GW1 you could factually call it a ruin.
