I don’t think I’ve ever had a single line of text almost bring me to tears.

The little details and nods to the first game really make the difference in this game.

I’m going to sneakingly compliment your thread by thanking for another remarkable place in GW2 that has reference to the first game.

Darmikau, did you notice the little flute music when you go up to Gwens grave in Ebonhawke? That got me when I first went there. It was so nostalgic.

Looks like the grave of the unknown soldier at the base of the tower overlooking the Ascalonian Settlement.

I know this is the lore section but there needs to be a repository of the lore for us newcomers to read! Id like to experience the “Oh, I know that person from the first game”, in some sort of way..
