Guild Wars 2

Welp I was chatting away with my guild the other day in vent and for some reason or another we started talking about patches and then Xpacs.

anyways it got to the point where the idea of a dervish spin off came to mind.

Dragon Knights or w/e

I say this because imo we need the anti-hero plate.
Ranger good – engineer mid – Thief Anti
Ele good – Mesmer Mid – Necro Anti
Guardian Good- War mid – ? <—- dragon knight

I also say this because in my little mind i would HOPE we kill all the dragons before we head to new lands. So.. the idea of all that power of the dragons yes? What if the races had a order or group rise up in aid of future events that tamed the power of the dragons into a mortal shell?

Another reason why i tossed this idea around is because a dervish imo was based around a holy BA with the power of the human gods. To me this was a problem for bringing the dervish into play where any race can be any class. So if they were to take on powers of the dragons there would be no god worshiping ranting etc. I mainly say this because each race has their own view.
Human – Balth & friends
Char – No gods but Good o’le iron & steel
Asuran – Eternal alchemy
Sylvari.. (salad people) – Dreams/Pale tree
Norn – Spirits of the wild.
.
.
.
So think it could happen??

So, dragoons, basically? I’d honestly love a class that used lances as a primary weapon; you so rarely see those.

I’m not sure about them using the power of the dragons, though. Wouldn’t that cause corruption and such? But I’m sure something could be worked out where they had their own unique skill-set.

polearm using heavy armour class (to complete the 3×3)? yes please …not sure about the armour angle though

A dervish spin off? I guess I could give it a whirl.
