I understand that there will never be any half norn half charr running around. I am fine with that. But, lets say a male Norn challenged his female Charr friend to a drinking contest. If they drink so much and black out would it be plausible that they would end up sleeping with each other?

I’d say so. I’m not entirely sure, but I think I read something about sylvari copulating with ie. humans for recreation.
There is, of course, no chance at all of them ever creating offspring, them being entirely different species and all.

Interspecies relations likely exist, even when not drunk. However, it’s probably like homosexuality outside of the sylvari – exists and is rare, but not something to brag about (though not looked down upon either).

A norn could simply become Snow Leopard and be mistaken for a Charr. So I’m convinced they could bang.

Except that Snow Leopard Form don’t have horns, or four ears, and never has clothing (norn forms cover clothing).

Another question preteaining to this topic. Would a norn who is into Charr would they be considered a furry?

I’m pro norn – human relationships

Norn-human relationships aren’t unknown, there’s a quest line in GW1 EotN where a norn wants to marry you (male or female to be opposite of your character’s sex) and you have to go out and kill a big beast so that your legend is greater than theirs and it would ‘shame’ you to marry them, thus you get out of it.
