Possible spoilers here.

Tried to make a speculation on what happened in the eternal alchemy with a description in the video.
I’m not sure, this information could have been discussed already. But I made a video just for fun. wondering what people think and what their thoughts are on what this cutscene means exactly. I think that in the living story, our character and other characters are not really on the right track when it comes to understanding the eternal alchemy just yet.

What I’m trying to speculate is that the cutscene shows us information about the order of awakening of the Elder Dragons and that the orb that smashed into the middle orb is symbol for Zhaitan’s death?

There’s some logic in my opinion, but it can be awfully wrong as well.

Finally, but very far fetched is the last screen of the cutscene where a type of symbol emerges. This symbol, if laid on top of the map of Divinity’s Reach, could be literally called a blueprint for the city’s layout.

Wondering what people think….?

No. The center is the Pale Tree, the green orb smashing into it is Mordremoth killing the Pale Tree.

We know this because Scarlet saw the same thing.

Scarlet called it the “workings of the universe”. Not the “mordremoth kills pale tree prediction”.
Of course my theory can be totally wrong and i missed information.

But as far as the lore tells us, there is more than one pale tree, one who doesn’t share the same dream of dreams as the pale tree we know. Scarlet should have known this since it’s in general known, but of course it bugs me when it’s taken for granted that the tree is supposed to be the pale tree according to scarlet, marjory or your character.

That’s called an axis mundi. Common among Animism. It’s how many cultures picture their world view and how their present world connects with the netherworld or other worlds.

Remember, there is more than just tyria and the dragons, we also have the mists. Shouldn’t the mists have a place in the eternal alchemy?

You may want to check the various threads on this already, both here in the lore forum, as well as in the living world section (you may have to go to the ‘previous’ one – which is likely locked at the bottom of the forum overview – archives).

As far as Divinity goes, it was build to honour the 6 gods, or, see the other thread about this too… should be here in the lore forum too.

We are peace, we are war. We are how we treat each other and nothing more…
