What if Scarlet is a Sylvari incarnation of the next Elder Dragon?

Unpack that thought a little bit. It’s tough to evaluate any statement without the line of reasoning that got you there.

That’s kind of interesting. I mean yeah, we need more detail, but does anyone know if a dragon can ever incarnate as something that doesn’t look like a dragon? Do they always awaken as the same creature?

As the Elder Dragons seem to be almost Lovecraftian in terms of power and scale, it seems unlikely.

Also, would an ED act so…goofy? i.e. “Yoo-hoo, over here!!!”

Yeah… don’t see it.

To be an incarnate of an Elder Dragon, said Elder Dragon must be dead.

The only dead Elder Dragon there is (known to us and the previous cycle) is Zhaitan.

Yeah good points all, I was just thinking that they are cramming her down our throats so much maybe they were leading up to her being something more powerful than a little brat with a woodchip on her shoulder.

It is more likely she is trying to tap into dragon energies, and use them to manipulate other races, and eventually herself.
