This is no news to any veteran but Evon Gnashblade is up to something shady. I was thinking this when I was in LA and saw Evon Gnashblade and he said:

“If Magnus’ goons can’t protect my shipments, it only makes good business sense to recruit a force all my own.”

Wild-Eye Miller has a strange conspiracy of Evon having a twin brother and they communicate through telepathy. Ignoring the telepathy thing there is an “Evon” Gnashblade hiding in LA along with a bunch of mercenaries. Notice that his name not his last name is in quotations so they MIGHT be related.

All of this coupled with the Hero-Tron blackmailing leads me to speculate that Evon Gnashblade will overthrow the Captain’s Council and take over LA.

Charr last names don’t work like that, they are not family names, but warband names. So it’s not only possible, but in fact very likely that brothers in Charr society have completely different last names. Not sure why only the first name is in " ", but it doesn’t imply that they are brothers by that alone.

The second Evon gnashblade is a reference/joke at the least, to the fact during the rebuilding of LA, there were TWO different Gnashblade npcs. One with the Black Lion guys, and another (with a different outfit) standing next to Magnus and threatening Hero-tron with blackmail (While literally being in easy hearing range of Magnus and Kiel lol).

So Anet just expanded the mess-up into something else.

The second evon was there since the beginning – he was originally in the Shadow’s Lion Inn. He wears Evon’s original clothing.
