Q:
What type of games do Tyrians play?
Asura play polymock and Golem chess. Drinking games are certainly prevalent amongst certain groups – Belchers Bluff for example.
I would be very surprised if dice or card games weren’t a thing, but I can’t recall a specific instance from the games or books off the top of my head.
There’s a couple of human skeletons by a chess board in the PvP lobby, so I’ll say human play chess in this game.
ANet may give it to you.
When Tyrian’s want to have fun, mostly they go out and slaughter innocent critters, chop down young (never old!) trees, and uproot plants from unsuspecting farmer’s lands.
Don’t Asura (and others) play SAB?
Children play tag and hide-n-seek?
Keg Brawl, races, the Quaggan Games and other sport-type activities?
There are references to dice games in-game. For example:
I wagered it at the moot in a dice game with Varg. He cheated, but I didn’t catch on until after he’d left.

As well as card games:
Ye may have found me treasure, but ye’ll never escape this chamber to spend it! (laugh) Hope ye brought a deck o’ cards. Starvation takes a while. (laugh)
Some of them play the game of hanging out near banks and annoying people by repeating the same lines.
