Who would you like to see?
First off all, there is no indication that we will ever go to Cantha or Elona. I’m saying this cause some people think that just cause we went there in gw1 we will go there again. So my answer is fully in respect of the fact that we might never go there.
Mhenlo and Cynn both are Tyrians (continent) and went to Cantha to help out Master Togo. They sticked around with us and followed us to Elona afterwards and later on also have been to Eye of the north. This means that there is no reason to asume they have descendants in Cantha.
Talon Silverwing is a Tengu. All Tengu where exiled from Cantha by Emperor Usoku. They where the last to leave there and reunited with their Krytan tribes in the dominion of winds.
Though the dialogue during the norn fighting tournament indicates that Melonni wants Koss to come back with her. This back is never specified nor if she was succesfull. All we know for sure is that they where last seen in Tyria and not in Elona.
This goes as well for many other famous npc’s though like Razah and Talon, so it is difficult to take that as lore, though the dialogue is giving more purpose to their relation.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
Hmm. Mostly just the same people. I agree though, Talon’s descendents are going to be in the Dominion of Winds (it’s even outright stated that one of them helped found it) rather than Cantha. For that reason there’s a very good chance we might see them sooner than anyone else listed here. Zhed, I’m not really sure about, considering Palawa Joko’s … disdain for centaurs. He might come back undead…!
Razah is definitely intriguing, and I think most of us are interested in seeing/hearing more about him.
Mhenlo/Cynn – as far as I recall they already have descendents in Rurikton? Might be mistaken since not everyone was represented there…

I still wonder what’s up with Razah and the Apostate.

Please do not put words in my mouth. First of all, I never said that we would be going back there. This thread is supposed to be for people to speculate on. It’s not that I don’t appreciate you pointing out where characters found themselves after their respective campaigns, but that has nothing to do with the question posed. This is for what people would like to see if we go back. And to turn your argument around on you, just because we were there in GW1 doesn’t mean we won’t go back either.
Also, since you gave your take on my suggestions, I will give a take on why I posted what I did.
Talon Silverwing was a mistake on my part. I had forgotten about him being back in Kryta.
Mhenlo last appearance was in 1079 was helping to defend the Shing Jae Monastery against the Sensali attack. This is after the events of EOTN. So he did go back to Cantha. I have no idea if Cynn went with him. And again, since is my preference for what I would like to see, then I am sure that I can speculate that they were there since it was his last known location, not the EOTN.
As far as Koss and Melonni and their involvement with the Norn Fighting Tournament go, there is a lot of reason to believe that the supposed characters or many of them involved were not actually there. Palawa Joko, The Ghostly Hero, Argo, Headmaster Vhang, and many of the other Factions henchmen were not confirmed to have ever been in EOTN other than an appearance in the tournament that also included Palawa Joko. Certainly, however, Palawa Joko was not there. So the ‘heroes’ fighting there have to be taken with a grain of salt.
It also doesn’t really matter where anyone was ‘last seen’ does it? Anything said about those not already accounted for in GW2 is just speculation no matter where we last saw them. Why wouldn’t Koss and Melonni go back to their homelands? Koss has a big chunk of land there. We don’t know anything about many these characters, so what is wrong with speculating about them? Also, descendants of any of these people could possibly be anywhere. Why the need to debunk speculation?
You can take it for sure that we will visit 2 well known continets sooner than a brand new one.

I agree. A lot less development and back story to create than a new continent. And why wouldn’t they go back there before other continents when they have so much to build upon. None of us know, but it seems to make sense.
Actually, Cynn was at the monestary if you ever played the HM version of the quest. It was there, while Mhenlo was Interm Headmaster, that she forced him to agree to marry her while in the middle of battle with dozens of Sensali. It makes sense with both actions happening in Cantha that they would likely have stayed there, but who knows. Cynn could have always grabbed him by the ear and hauled him somewhere else, lol.
