Why did Destiny's Edge fight Glint?
They didn’t…kralky did while she was fighting with DE
Asuran Engineer (Lost)
oh, my bad. I read that journal thing on the main page and was like…..what the hell? Must have misread something.
All good, pretty sure he ripped her neck out or something of the sort with biting her and she was also protecting DE when she died and saved them(besides snaff)
Asuran Engineer (Lost)
A fuller story: Faolain told them that Glint was a dragon champion of an Elder Dragon not yet awakened (truth), so they went to confront Glint with the notion that they may have to face a dragon whom once was a protector of humanity in the past. When they got there, weapons ready, Glint revealed the truth – that she was a champion, but betrayed her master, who awoke during said confrontation between DE and Glint. The then prepared for Kralkatorrik’s wrath and fought him together, resulting in the deaths of Glint and Snaff because Logan left to save Jennah when Ebonhawke got attacked by freshly made Branded.
Still not the full story, which is told in Edge of Destiny novel.
@dunnberry: IIRC, Kralkatorrik snapped her neck in half with a strong bite (effectively merely broke her neck, but no ripping afaik), at the moment she put a laurel made of metal and his crystallized blood on his head.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.

You can easily buy an ebook copy. Alternatively I’d strongly suggest getting it from http://www.bookdepository.com/Guild-Wars-Edge-Destiny-Robert-King/9781416589600
The Book Depository has free worldwide shipping and they consistently have lower prices than retail (at least than NZ retail, so I would assume they’re cheaper than Aus retail as well).
Yeah, they fought with Glint in the “fought alongside” sense, not in the “fought against” sense.
I hope you’re able to get a copy of the book; it’s well worth a read if you’re interested in the lore of Tyria.
