Why isnt there a new Great Destroyer?
Dragon champions don’t only come as dragons and the Megadestroyer could be considered one such thing as could the Destroyer of Worlds perhaps; and as was the Destroyer of Life in Edge of Destiny.
But I presume the reason why Primordus doesn’t have a dragon-shaped dragon champion would be due to his forces being very rare above ground. There are likely dozens underground, fighting the stone dwarves.

Just always wondered why they have these big events for these 3 particular dragons but not one for Prim….. i think something like that would be a great addition to this whole Living World they have going on…. from a lot of the other posts i have read a lot of people seem to be forgetting about Prim only because there is nothing really major to represent him.

And how many of his creatures do we even see out in the world?
What about the jungle dragon and bubbles? Not a single creature as far as we know.
Prim is underground, why would he keep sending up champions to the surface when he is happy down in the caves?

No reason really its just that they are the 4 main Elders that are talked about I’m in no way negating the significance of the other 2…..there just doesnt seem to be enough lore about them and since the 3 main champions are linked to the 3 “Main” Elder dragons im just wondering why Prim hasnt or even will have a Champion of that caliber i.e. The Shatterer up and about somewhere.
You seem to be misunderstanding the world’s view of Primordus in relation to the other Elder Dragons.
Tyrians know of Primordus, Jormag, Kralkatorrik, and Zhaitan.
Tyrians do not know (widely at least, some niche groups like the Order of Whispers, Inquest, quaggans and friends, and Durmand Priory (by extension the Pact) (may) know of the other two) of the deep sea dragon or the jungle dragon.
Tyrians are threatened by Kralkatorrik, Jormag, and Zhaitan on a regular basis.
This is why there’s not much talked about Primordus. People know he exists – but he, like the DSD and if it’s awake the jungle dragon, are not a “large” threat. Not an immediate one at least.
In character, you’d probably be hard pressed to find folks who don’t know of Zhaitan, Jormag, and Kralkatorrik. But finding people who don’t know of Primordus wouldn’t be hard. In the same light, there’d be few humans who don’t know of centaurs, but there may be some who don’t know of grawl (example: Cobiah, a Krytan 100 years prior to GW2, didn’t know what a charr or asura looked like until shortly after Orr’s rise; he just never saw one before, though he’s heard stories of them from others who met them).

Spoiler:
Wasn’t that what the destroyer of life was in GW2 book 2.
Basically we missed most of the dragon champions they where taken out by destinies edge.

Don’t forget the Great Destroyer that we killed all the way back in GW1
I hope some day the supersized destroyer is simply replaced by a cool dragon champion emerging from the lava

The Destroyer of Life wasn’t a dragon, though it was a dragon champion. It was a giant mantis-shaped destroyer.

It could very well be that Primordus does have his own champion. But he’s down in the depth of Tyria, probably still fighting the dwarves. Until we can travel into his realm, we don’t really know if there is a new Great Destroyer. But considering the fact that there is this one giant Destroyer that pops up at Mount Maelstrom, I think it’s safe to assume that Primordus is actively (re)building his army. Also keep in mind that we delayed his awakening, so he hasn’t been active as long as the other dragons.
The only reason why we’re seeing champions of Zhaitan, Kralkatorric and Jormag, is because our paths happen to cross. Humans are attacking Orr, and thus running into Zhaitan’s champions (plural). Jormag is driving the Norn south, so we encounter his champion as we travel north. And Kralkatorric has travelled across the Charr lands, and thus we encounter his champion there.
If we get closer to the other dragons, we’ll see their champion(s) as well.

It could also be possible that Primordius’s affinity for Volcanoes means that his champion resides on the Ring of Fire Island Chain.

That seems highly unlikely. Why would he have a champion all the way over there? Last time we saw Primordus, he was down in the deepest depths of Tyria, near the Central Transfer Chamber. An Elder Dragon would logically have his champion where he needs him. Defending his realm. The Ring of Fire is not the realm of Primordus as far as we know. There are plenty of volcanoes on Tyria, and not every volcano is home to one of Primordus’ champions just because it has something to do with fire.

The only reason he could have an affinity for volcanoes would be merely that they allow easier (no tunneling) access to the surface. But Mount Maelstrom, I suspect was made by Primordus and his minions, rather than utilized by. Either way, it was made before 1229 AE (it is referenced in Sea of Sorrows).
Besides, the Ring of Fire when visited in the novel holds no destroyers, and after the novel it is Risen territory.
