Okay, if I’m understanding you correctly…

The mursaat did not learn about their extinction while in the Mists, let alone from individuals from the future, nor is there any indication where they hid from the Elder Dragons was a fractal (there are more than just fractals in the Mists after all – including entire worlds). They also had “a plan” to rule other races long before the charr began worshiping titans, and they were no longer in the Mists by the time they would have known (if they even knew) the charr were worshiping titans.

The mursaat learned of their extinction the same way everyone else did: through Glint’s prophecies (dubbed the Flameseeker Prophecies).

There is no “scroll to defeat Balthazar”, let alone one that Menzies had – by any indication we’re given. Presumably you mean the one Braham found (as that is the only relevant magic scroll to the plot atm)? No relation to either Menzies nor Balthazar.

You’ve probably already thought of this but you might want to consider changing your posts title. Some people reading through the forums may not have reached that part of the story yet and its definitely a spoiler.
