Guild Wars 2

there is a pub near the plaza of balthazar in the ossan quarter, with no poi and a merchant that sells a bunch of alcohol…. why doesnt this have a poi? it looks like an awesome place to meet with/have parties with friends or guild mates

i was wondering if this place actually had a name (if not i propose “The Golden Sun”)

maybe some day ill put some feast plates on tables there and see how many people turn up :P (is there a limit on number of feast items someone can place down?)

I can’t answer the main question, but I do know that you can only place down 10 feasts at one time

Funnily enough, I think the RP community (at least of those who belonged the Carnished Toast back in the pre-Megaserver days) actually named that inn/pub the Golden Sun. If you’re lucky enough to get dropped into the “RP IP” (which I can’t think of off the top of my head), you’d probably see masses of people lounging around a good 18/24 hours a day, all days of the week.

As for why it doesn’t have a PoI, I believe those that do generally have story importance, at least in the cities and most of the core maps. Thus, the inn has no PoI because the human personal story never takes you near there. I realize this is not a hard and fast rule, but generally, it’s true.
