2 Current Events story arcs?
Quite easily. The unrest is likely leading up to a revolt of some kind, but I don’t know who would be leading it. The ley energy is obviously just more dragon stuff. The unrest is the really exciting story because its something I didn’t see coming. pretty much anyone could have guessed that a dragon would be featured in some way in LWS3
Well the ley-line stuff can be linked to bandits and white mantle as seen in the raid. After Xera you see the platform where Lazarrus is being resurrected using bloodstone fragments and a combination of ley energy.
And the inquest just show up anytime some powerful magic or artifact is involved.

Caudecus, at least as a White Mantle puppet.
I just hope this whole White Mantle thing won’t just be told in raids…
It sounds more exciting than the whole Elder Dragon thing.

@cptaylor – I haven’t started raiding yet so I did not know that but thanks for the information. It does do a lot to tie both themes together into the same plot.

Which is exactly why it shouldn’t have been revealed to us in a raid designed for a small subset of the game’s PVE population.

Try the new raid, it’s much easier than the prior two wings, and I’ve seen participation skyrocket. Also, if you zone in the NPC at the front will give a breakdown of every plot point that occurred in the previous two wings.
