Guild Wars 2

So during the Flame and Frost dungeon you obtain some crumpled pages of the last will and testament of char and are told to give it to his warband member Sten Veilshredder. Sten kinda just blows this off and all you get is 2 lines of dialog. So my question is why would Anet do this? I think it might be a hint towards the next major story arc as Sten doesn’t give you any direct info, but is researching the ghosts of ascolon and specifically Rurik. I mean why send us to this specific guy and not another refugee if it wasn’t significant?

Thoughts?

There is one individual per city involved (Hoelbrak, LA and Black Citadel).

I’m not discounting what you said, just that it’s another method to give you small amount of karma for exploring the dungeon more than most.
