Guild Wars 2

Not to trash the hard work that goes into this game…but most of the cutscenes are painful. The sad thing is, the story itself is actually decent. It’s like using using the worst actors you could possibly find to star in the LoTR trilogy. It’s just so over the top(especially the Norn story) that I almost don’t care. It’s not that the story is that bad(for the most half) but the “acting” is in desperate need of some maturity. Hopefully the future updates will a bring a more refined/mature feel to the ongoing story. If they bring back an elder dragon and he’s presented in a comical way, I just can’t bring myself to care.

Have you met Scarlet? Excellent voice actress but still a terrible character. I’d say it’s at least partially a writing problem and not a voice talent problem.
