With the announcement of updates every 2 weeks, I just wanted to ask: are you okay ArenaNet? Are you being worked to the bone to create content this fast? Are you working 18 hour shifts? Are you just being over-confident? Have you hired 200 more people? Are you being replaced by game-making robots? Or are you actually this brave and productive normally?

Maybe there is no actual planning involved. Maybe they just have a dart board with a bunch of ideas taped to it, and run with whatever idea the dart hits (which I am totally Okay with).

They split into 4 teams to make the content and hired more people, so one team will be given about 2 months or more to work on each release. The 4 teams will rotate their releases, so while one is releasing, the other 3 are still working on their own updates. Colin did say that in the video.

Split into teams is both true and false. There are 4 teams, but more people were brought in… I would link people to the news announcement on the GW2 site but its just so easy to find. Directions… watch video in its entirety and read article to bottom of page.

Could you provide some compelling evidence of this? The release page this post is related to even says what they have done in relation to player feedback, as well as how player feedback will inform the game decisions moving forward.
