In one of the letters for the achievement “Master of Puppets”, it was mentioned by Commander Serpentine Big Nose Pete kept getting caught and brought to jail. Correct me if I am wrong, isn’t the thugs name Big Nose Ted, not Pete.

It’s probably his cousin then. Maybe the nickname runs in the family. :^)

I thought it was Big Nose Ted, but then I realized his name was Pete..
Maybe his brother?

There’s nothing about Big Nose Pete in-game or in wiki...
Maybe incorrect name-giving error?

I do hope this minor detail gets fixed for lore reasons.

Yeh i remember two blade pete for slums human background, big nose ted for commoner, and a minister for noble forgot if hes name is braun pr something else.

Just read a reddit post aboutthis earlier today, its good that someone mentioned itthere since more people use reddit, and i am just too lazy to copy paste my post there, maybe we will get this fixed next patch.

This. I was wondering, too, that they made such a mistake. Correction is in order.

I blame too many bandits as antagonists for Human Personal story and that they are just not dusting off the Human Personal Story so they can finally bring it to a conclusion now.

Though hopefully they don’t make this small mistake once they decided to finally conclude the Charr, Asura, Norn, and Sylvari Personal story in future Season episode and expansions.
