I’ve gotten a birthday present on all of my characters except my first one I created (Guardian Dragon X) – is this intentional or a mistake?

Same here. Created 8 characters on early access day to reserve my names, and I got 7 gifts. My main and first character didn’t get it.

Yep exactly. Created 8 characters (1 per class) with Guardian being my first one that I made and played. Every other character I made after that got their B-Day Present, but my first and main character did not
