I know Anet doesn’t like giving specific dates for releases so I have a general question. Will the Blade Shards Vendor be out around the time of Living Story Season 2?

If that question is too specific could you answer this one:
Will the blade shards vendor come out this year?

Lot of us are still hoarding around blade shards after an Anet developer told us to save them.
