Guild Wars 2

I know this might be impossible because as we speak the devs are doing the LS or most likely adding the finishing touches. But wouldn’t it be cool if we had branching story lines? After all Season 2 is basically like the personal story only that you can replay the chapters so I guess maybe we could get branching storylines in the future? what do you guys think? and is it a good idea? IMO I think it would be really interesting..

The main issue with branching storylines is that they require way more work. More work equals more time.

with the way they did the PS branching story line, i hope they think this trough before even concidering it.
the PS had barely anything branching out at all, regardless of the choice you always end at the same spot.
i might be asking to much but to me a branching story line literally means choosing your own fate so no one player has the exact same line, i bet plenty of players are looking at the exact same story line others have.
