I’m pretty annoyed with you Anet.

You made a big deal out of the crown pavilion, complete with a variety of fights, weapon skin vendors and a PAID merchant area.

Then you just take it away like all the the ridiculous grindy content you’ve been handing out. (1000 candy corn to make a cob and 20 cobs for a 20 slot bag? That’s pretty insulting)

I haven’t bothered to do scarlet’s dungeon or whatever because I’m a married adult with a job, and I didn’t have the time.

Apparently you’re going to re open the crown pavilion “at some point”, but that’s not really a good answer. There’s NO REASON it should be gone at all. Scarlet’s dungeon is over. Put the thing back.

Every time I bring it up people are like “why do you want to go THERE?”. Because. I want to. That’s why.

I’m certainly glad I didn’t waste any money on the paid merchant area, because now it’s basically useless.

All that aside, it was fun fighting in the various settings, with the option for 1v1 NPC fights.

It was a visually pleasing area, and I would like it back sooner than later. The most annoying bit is I KNOW the data is still there, there’s just no access to it from the game at this time.

“We’re exploring some ideas for the future…” … it’s actually the usual nebulous answer that tells us only that they are nowhere near doing what he claims he wants to do.

It was the main attraction of a festival. It will come back next year, like every other festival. It is like Wintersday, Halloween or Dragon Bash.

They don’t fix a gaping hole in town for a one week festival! That’s nuts.
