So…I have finished last chapter the day it came out.
Also killed Vinewrath 1 or 2 times (do not remember it was quite long time ago).
Shortly afterwards I I have pretty much stopped playing GW2.
But now I have much more time so I am back.
But…
From the January I had heavy and light carapace coat unlocked. AFAIK box should drop from chest after Vinewrath kill right?
I am asking because I have killed it 15times in last 2-3 days…. but NO freakin BOX(((

That’s kinda normal, RNG being what it is. So keep killing Vine Wrath, enjoy your loot, and sooner or later you’ll kill one that drops another coat box for you.

It drops, but its random.

I’ve had dozens of them now. Rule of thumb is that once you won’t need them anymore, they’ll drop all the time.

ic ok ty – drop is fine anyway /gold wise/ so I am not annoyed by this ….much….yet

Took me weeks til I got my 2nd and last coat box from VW. After that you get them constantly :-)

Unfortunately, and for RNGesus only knows why, the coat box was not put in as an option at the vendor. I at least think it was the coat boxes, I know one of the set wasn’t directly purchasable.

I got all three of mine, but I was there for silk scraps while working on ascended light armor more than the coat boxes.

coat box is not available on vendor
vinewrath is about patience – it is good farm and I am doing it every day even after I have got my lumi armor finished
and truth is – after the long waiting for 3rd box I have already got another 2….
