I think you can get an order from completing the new Ambassador’s Aid achievement in the Silverwastes.

Do the event at the NE corner of the map that let’s you get access to the JP.

Not that one. You want to do the defence event for the order.

^ This. Do the Ambassador’s Aid achievement. After that you get a Boot Requisition Order which you can double click to unlock the boots from the Vendor at Camp Refuge that allows you to buy the boot box for 1000 Bandit Crest + 1g.

I got it from that event that I mentioned. That event completed the achievement.

Not true, I did opening event and got the achievement and the order (on Tuesday).

Guess I wont be getting the boots.

It’s rather easy. When the skritt tunnels are blocked, go to the area northeast from the closest skill point and nearest to the main area. You’ll see bandits. When you kill enough of them, you’ll have to kill their leader next: a vet.

Once that’s done, you’re rewarded the Requisition Orders. After you use it, you can now buy the boots with crests.

And, of course, you might randomly get the boots from the buried chests . . . but that’s the RNG route . . . so good luck.
