Challenge Mote reset
I’m not sure about the Dodgy Crowd one, but I agree they need to put Retry Motes with all the boss style battle, because having to restart and redo the entire mission, plus all the unskippable dialogue, just because you were 1sec too late on whacking Vorpp or Togonn summoned a sand pool beneath you is highly frustrating.
I would support the addition of challenge mote resets – it was a little annoying having to kill the the centaur again each time I wanted to go for the dodge boss fight.
I would especially like mote resets in the “Meeting the Asura” instance, before each or some of the rooms. Very annoying and time-consuming to have to restart the entire instance if you mess up just once. And the cutscenes aren’t skippable either
That part from Seeds of Truth that you can’t be detected by them is… ugh! Put the challenge mote reset AFTER cutscene, and leave it there, for God’s sake!
You don’t have to wait to die, just log out to character screen and back in, you’ll be outside the instance ready for a restart of it.
Which doesn’t help the fact that it would be much better to have checkpoint motes like in Hidden Arcana, but at least you don’t have to let centaurs and earth elementals ravage you.

This +50. Those missions aren’t fun as is. Redoing them over for these annoying achievements just adds to the tedium/frustration.
Agreed that Retry Motes need to be in all the instances.
Or when the acheivement is lost, don’t remove the icon but turn it red and make it the retry mote. It would simply stop all attacks, gives you a 10-30 sec counter and restart the fight. The counter would be the time to consider a new tactic, user new consumables or just catch your breath. Better than dying, logging or having to complete the fight just to start over.

THIS…Bump for restart nodes. I don’t know who tests these things for them, but whoever it is they need to get normal human beings to try this crap out. Unless we are the testers… no one wants to sit through that much dialogue all because of a stupid sand trap. It’s not fun, it never will be. It almost made me quit the game, and I say that in all seriousness. It’s like water torture.

have you guys tried testing what the OP said?
for example you have a dodging challenge, the fight is 20mins.
if u failed the first mins, u have to enduring another 19 mins fights to kill the boss just to reset it.
gaming is suppose to be fun
not torture
also pls understand that not everyone is playing the game with 50 ping.
there are thousands of Asians playing the game with 200ms ping
we get hit all the time standing outside the orange circle thus cancelling the achievement. it’s already frustrating enough just to find out i have to spend more time completing the whole crap just to reset it.

Um, the reason it’s not getting attention is it’s a year old. Probably those guys figured it out a year ago.
