Secondly, Since 8pm EST time last, I’ve been looking for an opportunity to transfer over to Dragonbound. However, It appeared to be full the entire time… I’m wondering if the population status is either based on the number of concurrent users logged into the server OR is it based on the number of active accounts that have set their home server to Dragonbound…
