I found a character from the human personal story in dry top. Her name’s Riot Alice. I think she’s from the street rat arc for humans.

There’s a lot of threads on this already. Nice find though ^^

If you actually did the story as a street rat and then talk to her, you get additional flavour text from her which was actually a nice touch to see.

There is some extra dialogue if you play an Asura with Infinity Ball story, while inside Scarlets Room

Ah man, two dialogues I’ve missed. I can get the riot alice one eventually, but I have nothing on the infinity ball. I take it this zone doesn’t auto uplevel people?

Not exactly. You get some different dialogue with Taimi if you’re an Asura (she says that the designs of the Steam Minotaur are crude, inferior to even stuff a Progeny could create, and your PC replies by saying, “She is Sylvari. We are Asura.”), but nothing specific about the Infinity Ball. (My PC picked the Infinity Ball storyline.)

Ah i thought there was something about the portals and steam creatures linked to it, i may have misread something…somewhere >.>

One of the object interactions with Taimi in Scarlet’s room is different if you’re an engineer. I’m loving the fact that they’re adapting to character/PS. Small things add character to games like this.

As to OP, yeah, I noticed her the moment I walked in. Seeing even minor characters “continuing their lives” makes the game feel alive.
