Do the patch notes mean that I can FINALLY get a Dorito on one of my characters and also be able to use it on my alts, or do I still have to spend a thousand gold to get all my characters Doritoed up?

Since it explicitly says Commander’s Compendium inventory item the tag itself is probably still be bound to a character.

Edit: Just checked ingame: The tag is still soulbound.

Yeah, I nearly fell over when I first read it. Then reality set in…..

This change only made Commander’s Compendium untradable on Trading Post.
