I’ll point you to the post I shared here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/livingworld/lwd/When-does-S2-Start-again/first#post4376925
Have fun with the new collections and the rest of the Feature Pack
Thanks!
Another huge break after just 5 episodes is a bit of a disappointment. I can’t imagine it takes 300 anet staff to tend to just 1 patch, even so maybe it’s time to hire more and expand, GW1 didn’t have these problems
Guild Wars didn’t have ‘Living Story’ patches every 2 weeks, either.
Dulfy is saying Nov 4th.
With what appears to be possibly the gate to Fort Vandal as well…

It does take some time to make a new map from scratch….
And Nov 4 is when the Season will restart.

Let’s clear the arguments :
-By this time GW1 already had 2 stand alone campaigns and EotN was soon to arrive
-It was a much smaller team
-GW2 is way bigger and requires obviously more time and people to do stuff
-In GW1 they promised a new campaign every 6 months and only held tha for NF
-In GW2 they held their “every two week” thing for a few months then they said somewhere that this might have been too ambitious (just like for GW1).

It might take that many to handle the bugs from the current one ;D
Yeah. As much as I normally support ANet, I have to say the number of bugs caused by this feature patch is particularly egregious. >.>
IMO, the “break” till November is badly needed to fix up the bugs and address player concerns over changes in the way the NPE and the Personal Story is structured.
