Has anyone else experienced crashing towards the end of the first mission? Right when I get to the part where you find the fragments and give all 3 to the ghostly hero, the game will crash my computer, forcing a restart.

Have done that 4-5 times now without any problems. Did it happen more than once?

Yep, every time I try, the same spot. I checked for updates, cleaned my computer, restarted (not including the crash), reset internet…. anything I can think of.

Try reinstalling the game, it’s most likely some error you got in your patch (some malfunctioning data or something).

Try to repair install the game, you might have a damaged file somewhere.

Have you tried turning down your settings? There is more effects than usual, so it could be raising the temperature of your computer more than normal.

I had a very similar problem back with GW1 – where my computer would get to a Graphical scene and would crash.

Does your Graphics card need updating?
What are your PCs specs?
Or are you on a Laptop?
