Defend New Loamhurst Against The White Mantle

After the Seraph have retaken New Loamhurst, at what point do the “defend” events start? I’ve been hanging around this burg for 2 hours this afternoon and aside from the place catching on fire occasionally, no events except the fetch ones.

Alts-R-Us ~ All professions at 80 ~ Still leveling characters.
Main? What “main”? I play all of them sooner or later.

And the answer seems to be…..it’s a timed event. After about 5 hours in the zone the event finally popped.
