Ye so this happened to me like 5-6 instances in a row, pic related.
The blue orbs would turn invisible after they spawned, can’t imagine that this is working as intended.

I just attempted this achievement yesterday and they are still spawning invisible at times. Really annoying.

Well there goes my desire to attempt that achievement anymore… Yikes :S

Maybe you can’t see it? Yeah must be that, don’t blame the game, blame the playa.

I’m reasonably sure you’re joking, but just in case you’re not it’s worth pointing out that the Spectral Flames are supposed to, and always did, have a visual appearance.
