Guild Wars 2

At work, so unable to check in game, but had a few questions.

In an attempt to acquire Nomad rings/neck/accessories the quest line/achievements must be completed. I know I have not done these. The only living story stuff I’ve completed out is the gear you would get from SW (Sinister stats).

1) Is a person still able to do these solo (I tried to watch a bad walkthru on youtube that stated it is not soloable due to the waves).

2) Are the achievements long and drawn out to complete with the amount of PUG actually wanting to do these? I am in a hurry prepping my main and alts for HOT so time is important.

1. Questline and achivements in LW is soloable… some of them are hard but not impossible to do.

2. Not really. But because of unskippable cutscene .Some of them are annoying to retry.

Only drawn out achievements would be for the final story steps of either Part 1 or Part 2 – particularly The World Summit (final story step of Part 2). If you fail you have to sit through – and click through – several minutes of dialogue in The World Summit; not so bad for Part 1’s (name I forgot) final instance but still the most challenging of their respective episodes (overall most challenging would be No Refuge achievements in Episode 7 no doubt).
