Dry Top Events - Tier system
I remember a dev saying events aren’t visible map-wide because it would be too cluttered. Some players say that it’s GW2’s aspect for you to explore the world yourself. In any case, map-wide event visibility would be very helpful, and there were websites using pre-megaserver API to show all active events on a webpage world map, so Anet at least supported the idea. Now, you’ll have to depend on map chat.
People have made maps and websites to show current Dry Top events if you’re not aware. Since there are plenty of people doing Anet’s job of supporting the game like Dulfy, wiki contributors, and various fansites, I don’t see that Anet will bother adding this feature (look how long they took to add LFG which we had to depend on web bulletin boards).
Map completion percentage for Dry Top wasn’t implemented probably because it’s a developing zone; only half of it has been released and that took months.
Whenever I’m in Dry Top I see people calling out the events in map chat, along with how many people are doing it or how many more they need.
If that’s not happening, and no one responds when I ask, it means the map is relatively empty and there’s not enough people (or at least not enough people doing events) to raise it up anyway.
Which means I either try to get into a different map or wait until a sandstorm is about to end and try to get people coordinated.

The only stupid thing getting in the way of doing this is the “excessive messaging” blocker. The times I do this, usually in a slow server, I get blocked after about 30-40mins of messaging, and it can seem to last for 20+ minutes.
I’m sorry Anet for trying to help out my fellow players.
The blocker has nothing to do with how much you message, and everything to do with how repetitive your messages are. Add details, etc, coordinate 2 simultaneous zergs in chat. You won’t be suppressed if you do that.
I just coordinated a T5 dry top. Of course, Anet simply HAD to disconnect me from the client after I made a T5 for others. Such payback.
