Guild Wars 2

So, I’m at the part in Fallen Hopes where you have to find the 3 clues. I think I found all 3 clues but it’s stuck at 2/3. A guild mate asked if I had done the JP, so I started climbing up something that looked like some sort of JP. I’ve been at this for an hour but when I get to the last jump I just slide off :x and Marjory and Kasmeer mysteriously disappeared. Do I keep climbing or is it bugged? Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit: Oh and I forgot, no green things on the map to follow

Nvm.. said 2/3 but it was really done. All I had to do was die and talk to Marjory and Kasmeer which were standing right at the entrance. Sorry for the waste of a thread!
