Female Maguuma Centaurs?
The Modniir also had the same gender ambiguity among them, while the Tamini/Harathi (probably the ones you have pictured) do have differences.
Have you ever spoken to ogres?
Have you ever spoken to ogres?
Haha, yeah. Half of them are voiced by Claudia Christian who also does the female norn PC and are identical to the male ogres!

She has a beautiful voice. Or at least her acting is.
There’s an event in the new Dry Top where you defend a female centaur. I don’t remember her name, I only did it once. But I’m 99% it said ‘her’.

Females wear more covering clothing, and seem to have smoother faces. Maybe. But if an ogre is shirtless, it’s definitely male.

The Magumma shaman whom cleanses the oasis. I’m pretty sure the event refers to the shaman as she/her, and she clearly has a feminine voice.

Ha! I thought this, too. If I remember correctly, Lagula changes her clothes to something more “masculine” when she becomes chieftain. If not for the DDoS, I could check.
When in doubt, always check the torso. If they’re wearing more clothes and have their chests covered usually they’re female – same goes for all races apparently.
That being said, yup there are female centaur and if I’m not mistaken the shaman in the oasis is a female.
And I like these ones better. The other centaur females we’ve seen so far look like complete different species, I don’t think they even have fur.

Female-voiced centaur guard. No chest armor.
As well as the ogres I just mentioned.
There are lots of female centaurs there. It’s just less noticeable then the Harathi females. Go back and look at the centaurs—all the ones with their chests covered are girls, all the barechested ones are boys. Additionally, in the “protect the centaur shaman” event in the Oasis, the shaman is referred to as “She”.
The Modniir are the same way—all the Modniir Hunters/rangers are females, with covered chests and female voices.
The Harathi have the most noticeable gender differences—their females have more noticeable breasts and flatter faces then other centaur species.
In fact, the only centaur group where females seem absent is the Tamini.

Would be nice if they were a bit more distinct.
I think the Tamini have females, we just don’t see them on the field. The Maguuma centaur camps are the only civilian centaur places we’ve seen in the game; every other centaur encampment is a forward base.

There is at least one female guard that looks like a “male’s” model: no chest armor, flat muscular chest, white and dark brown skin/fur. It may be a mistake, I stopped my investigation at that point, concluding that there’s no way to tell them apart until they speak.
You know what this means, guys… Playable centaurs confirmed!
I think model-wise, there’s no need for separate models. Not all races show sexual dimorphism. And in a fantasy world, stands even less to reason that all should.
That, and another thing: WildStar pretty much used up all dimorphism-modelling/-animation for the next 15 years. It’s that bad.

The game, the dimorphism, or both?
The Harathi are kind of a rare case.
Most centaurs we see are like ogres, asura, and charr, with little gender dimorphism.
The Modniir and Maguuma centaurs in GW1 used to have the same appearance, with more humanoid heads, while the Elonian centaurs had heads that looked like a cross between a lion and a gazelle, but they all looked similar to each other within their tribes.
Now, both Maguuma and Modniir still share faces, but they are more beast-like. Long snouts and wide nostrils, and big fangs.
The female Harathi have a shorter face and sheep-like horns. While the Tamini have more horse-like faces.
So, it’s not like there’s no human-like faces among centaurs, but it’s rare to have both within the same tribe.
My guess is there has been some mix-breeding and some sexual selection towards human-like faces among female harathi.
