In Brisban WIldlands, all the way to the west, there is a Fort Vandal poi, the fort is locked, but all around, there are about 10 champion bandit poisoner standing guard.

My question is, is this part of this map’s meta event?

It’s not currently linked to anything, however we’re likely to take control of it and use it as staging area for LS S2.

There is a zone portal, and an Asuran portal inside the keep. I make a habit of breaking maps, and there are unlinked zone portals EVERYWHERE

Sorry man, they’ve been there since launch. Just like the bandits “working” on the broken bridge leading to another portal. I do agree we’re likely dealing with them considering the events in the Dead End after scarlets defeat.

South of the Toxal Bog there is a massive ball of purple energy that is pretty neat though…and I don’t remember it being there before o.O

This one? yeah it’s been there since the beginning, something to do with the source of corruption in that area or something.

Some people should get a zerg, have a mesmer portal everyone up, and attempt to defeat the champs.

It’s caused by the reactor exploding. It’s mentioned in one of the DE or Hearts in the area (I forget which).
