Guild Wars 2

It seems like this guy appears really, really rare. I’ve only encountered his event once and somehow I missed it because I was far away, and I tried waiting yet he hasn’t spawned.

Is there a timer for him or a way to forcefully trigger him?

Any update on this? I’m having the same problem right now, been there all night, Noran’s was under Seraph control and still no Ghost Bandit.

This one took a while for me to get as well. I would recommend not changing to a higher population when it pops up. You should make the event, if I’m not mistaken it happens the same time as the raging spirits event around Lonar’s Homestead, or the Seigemaster. It was still a considerable wait. Just don’t wander too far away or the event won’t show when it pops.
