Harder content ?
yeah content for one (and two groups) would be awesome since we always just got some zerging stuff or soloable instances…
the only group content thing i can remember of was the molten facility…maaaybe the fractals … but that was more add on to fractals than s1 story…
the sab was more fun in a group than solo as well but..again.. not part of the story in particular…
EDIT: but anet has staded there will be some hardcore achievements to work for in the second season
and sicne they want more permanent and repeatable content chances are that we will get more group content instead f zerging
btw i totally forgot to add the new twilight arbout path to my list.. xDD
but still.. not that many things a team of 5 can do..
or were necessary to do with 5
in fact often they were easier alone… >__<

You mean waiting one hour before the event to get it done, or spend half an hour spamming that join button, because other players will mess everything up in your map/server?
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all up for harder content, but something must be done about this megaserver, or else completing those achievements will suck.

in an open world scenario it will yeah
but i assume that 75% of these achievements wil ltake place in personal instances
(1-5 only team members can join)
Oh yeah, I remember reading. I really hope the harder content is personal then. Harder content for open world, not until this megaserver is improved.

The fact that 80% players use warriors and 99,9% fractal groups have a guardian means clearly that community doesn t want harder content.
Just switching party comp/build can make stuff way harder.
A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.
I liked the Molten Alliance dungeon. I want to see more stuff like that.
From my understanding of what was said in the twitch stream, is that they want the basic story content to be doable by everyone. They want that part of the game to be the ‘general public’ type content. The achievements are going to be more the elite content now (which is reiterated in the massively article this morning) and will require personal skill and ‘mastery’ of your class.
