… for a Mesmer (and other classes with pets).

Title says all : not only it is very long but as some your clones aren’t protected from facets AoE, your damage is reduced, you die a lot, and the facet regenerate while you’re dead.

Could at least immunity be transfered to pets, clones etc ?

As a Mesmer I solo this one with a PU build.

Good for you. I still think it’s too hard.

Content should never be easy to complete with all builds(viable? sure, but not easy). That would make the game quite boring. It’s easy enough to change builds to face different content.

That said, nothing is stopping you from inviting a friend or someone from your guild.

Ranger is fine (referring to “other classes with pets”) as pets get the protective bubble too. Mesmer was a pain in the neck, though, but still entirely doable. I did a couple times manage to get the protective bubbles around phantasms, but it was still obnoxious.

My first time through with my mesmer, the same thing happened to me. I died a lot and couldn’t get back fast enough before the health regenerated. But I eventually beat it. I just kept moving to avoid damage, and healed if I did take any.

Only second facet boss that my mesmer take a lot of time to deal with.I only sword auto and instantly shatter clone after create it. Just take your time.

Other facet is pretty easy to deal though. Just fragile gimmick and stuffs.

To either I got to say: no.

Did them on my Mesmer main just fine. Warrior, Guardian and Thief want just as smooth. The new traits just make these faceroll easy.

Watch some guide videos on youtube if you absolutely can’t get it done and/or ask a friend to help.

Unfortunately that is not the game’s problem.

This game is not, despite what many think, one where you can play any build and expect the same results. If something is too hard, find what you are lacking and work on it like any other game, or read a guide, change your build, or do all 3.

Plenty of people have solo’d Hidden Arcana multiple times (myself included), it is more a mechanic exercise and the mechanics are really simple.

Afaik the hardest bosses are easily damaged (including the last one) by concentrating on the vortexes, technically for the last boss you need no real dps power.
